This is a project I’ve been working on for about 7 months.
Right after publishing Building An Empire With Words, I immediately began brainstorming ideas for my next title. I had fallen in love with the process of writing and editing a book, so I didn’t want to lose momentum.
Originally called “Don’t Feed The Trolls,” I sent out a draft to a few friends, and luckily for me, they provided honest feedback and said this: ”Start over.”
And so I did. It took me a while to get back on my feet because I really thought I was onto something. I put the book down for about a month or two, nitpicked at it, and eventually ran out of gas.
Then in July, I met Seth Godin; you can read about my experience here.
That seminar changed my life, and pushed me to finish and ship this book.
